Q: Yes. The quoted price includes the cost of the apartment, utilities (water and power) and taxes.

A: Is the price mentioned for the whole apartment or per person?
Q: The price is for the whole apartment, not per person.

A: Do your Paris apartments provide hot water?
Q: Yes. All our listed Paris apartments provide hot water 24 hours a day, all year.

A: Can I change my arrival and departure dates one day before?
Q: No, you can only change your arrival and departure dates at the latest 2 weeks prior to your arrival, subject to availability of the apartment or studio you requested.

A: Are all the apartments and studios fully furnished?
Q: Yes, all apartments and studios are fully furnished.

A: Can I cook in kitchen?
Q: Yes. You can. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils.

A: Do you provide airport transfers?
Q: No, but you can make an inquiry to the owner of the apartment about airport transfer provision.

A: Are all apartments or studios easily accessible?
Q: Yes, all of our apartments on our list are located in the centre, near tourism destinations and CBD (IIe St Louis, Montparnasse, Mondmartre, Champs Elysees, St Germain des Pres, Place des Marais-Vosges, Arc de Triomphe). They are within walking distance of the RER Station, Paris Metro Station, or Paris bus terminal.

A: Are all of your apartments comfortable?
Q: Yes, all of the apartments on our list are comfortable and pleasant.

A: What is your cancellation policy?
Q: Cancellation can be made at the latest 3 months prior to a tenant's arrival date. Any payments that have been made are not refundable if the cancellation is made less than 3 months prior to the tenant's arrival.

A: How must I collect the apartment keys?
Q: There is no collection or return of keys, (unless otherwise specified on the apartment web page), you go directly to the apartment on your arrival, provided that the owner is informed of your arrival time.

A: Can I bring a pet?
Q: Animals are not allowed in the apartment, except by prior arrangement between a tenant and the apartment owner.
