How to Book

1. You can easily search until you find the most suitable apartment for you, as this Paris Home Vacation is very user-friendly.


2. Please fill in the "INQUIRY FORM" properly with your personal information. If you have any questions, please write them under "YOUR COMMENTS/QUESTIONS".


3. Upon submitting the completed INQUIRY FORM online, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the availability of the apartment that you have requested.


4. If the requested apartment is unavailable, we will suggest a number of apartments that may suit you.


5. If the requested apartment is available, you will receive a payment instruction with a minimum deposit of the total rent.


6. Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive a reservation confirmation stating the details of the rental agreement, the owner's address and the apartment address.


7. We do not arrange your airport transfers. However, you can ask the apartment owner if airport transfers are provided. If you have made an agreement with the apartment owner regarding your arrival, you may go straight to the apartment.


8. The balance of the rent stated in the reservation confirmation is to be paid to the apartment owner, either prior to or upon your arrival, depending on the policy of the apartment owner. At the same time, please present a copy of your passport and security/breakage deposit, which will be refunded on your departure.


9. If you wish to change the dates of your arrival and departure, it can be done at the latest 2 weeks prior to your arrival. However, the apartment or studio availability is not guaranteed.
